# Heaters

Heaters for preheating and annealing of substrates and parts in vacuum: direct-heated L200, L300 and L400, sector heaters for large parts, arc and combined designs.

Heaters are powered through TTI-3000 matching transformers; the 5/10 kW power supplies are listed in [Thermal evaporators and heaters power supplies](/transformers-power-supply).
