# Circular filament electron thermal evaporator

Thermal evaporator is designed for evaporation of different materials from a crucible made of a refractory metal. The crucible is heated by electron flow coming from a ring-shaped filament around it. 

The volume of
the crucible is 17 cm3.

- temperature - no more than 40 °C;

- the content of suspended particles - no more than 0.5 mg /l;

- oxidizability - no more than 10 mg/l O2 ;

- pressure - no more than 0.5 MPa.
