Electron Beam Evaporator Power Supply BP-352-10-6 is designed to power technological equipment. The power supply provides power and control for EBE systems. It consists of the following main units:
- High-voltage converter
- Filament current converter
- Beam control unit
- Controller with display and control elements
- Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a wired remote control
Available in single- and dual-channel versions, allowing sequential connection and control of two EBEs. Maximum output voltage: 10 kV; maximum output power: 6 kW; maximum output current: 600 mA.
