# RF generators and matching networks

RF generators at 13.56 MHz for process applications: powering RF discharges, RF-driven magnetrons and plasma generators. The GL and Gx series come in several power ratings: GL-13.1, GL-13.2, GL-13.3, GL-13.5, GL-13.6, GL-13.10, Gx-13.1, Gx-13.2 and Gx-13.3.

The generator is matched to the plasma load with the [SURA automated matching network](/sura-impedance-matching-unit).
