The generator is intended for use as sources of RF energy for technological installations for plasma processing of materials, high-frequency pumping of gas lasers, technological installations for high-frequency heating, accelerating sections of charged particle accelerators, scientific installations for studying field and plasma physics.

The generator provides a stabilized, controllable and controllable output level of RF power during operation on a highly mismatched load, as well as operation both in continuous mode and in amplitude modulation mode by an internal or external signal. In terms of the carrier frequency, the generators are designed to operate in a single-frequency mode (one carrier frequency). The generator provides local operation and parameter control via the front panel display, as well as remote control via the RS485 port via MODBUS2 protocol and through the analog control port.

RF On / Off Signal:

- an additional signal of external blocking on a separate connector;

- HF on / off time, no more than 50 mks.

Power stabilization modes:

- by incident power;

- power in the load Rnagr = Rpad-Rotr;

- by external sensors.

Pulse mode:

- minimum pulse duration - 30 mks;

- repetition rate 1 Hz ... 15 kHz
