We offer a wide range of vacuum deposition systems for various industrial and R&D applications. The Nika series systems allow the deposition of various coatings, ion-plasma, ion-beam and heat treatment in vacuum of various products and materials.

Vacuum machines for decorative coatings deposition:

- thermal evaporation of aluminum for deposition of reflective and decorative coatings on plastic parts;
- magnetron chromium deposition for chrome plating of decorative and reflective elements;
- plasma-chemical deposition of silicon dioxide to form a protective hydrophobic coating;
- application of titanium and zirconium nitrides to form a durable gold-like wear-resistant coating on metal, glass and ceramic products;
- diamond-like coatings;
- deposition of precious metals.

Systems for spraying functional coatings:

- resistive layers with controlled TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance);
- conducting layers, including large thicknesses (up to 10 microns / min);
- dielectric layers with high insulating properties;
- hard and wear-resistant coatings (for tools, turbine engine blades, automotive engine parts, etc.) - TiN, ZrN, TiZrN, etc
- diamond-like coatings (DLC) - vacuum arc and plasma chemical deposition.

Systems of ion-plasma surface modification: nitriding and carbonitriding, ion polishing.

Depending on the customer's desire and requirements for the coating, one or more of the following technologies can be used for vacuum spraying:

- thermal evaporation (including "flash evaporation" from a powder);
- electron beam evaporation;
- magnetron sputtering (including reactive sputtering for deposition of compositions: nitrides and oxides);
- plasmachemical deposition;
- vacuum arc evaporation (including pulsed).
