Specially for HIC manufacturing, LVT+ LLC has developed a complex of vacuum machines spraying conductive and resistive layers, etching.

Depending on your production demands, you can choose between several specifications:

- either low or high productivity ( 60 to 130 plates in one cycle)

- one and two sided deposition

- high-speed deposition (up to 1 ?m / min for copper)

All machines are based on standart LVT+ solutions, based on NIKA vacuum posts.
