# Turbine blades coating

Systems for applying functional coatings on turbine blades of gas turbine engines (GTE) for aircraft, marine and power applications, as well as on tools and complex-shaped parts.

**Purpose and coatings**

- wear-resistant coatings for compressor blades and cutting tools;

- heat-resistant layers and thermal barrier coatings for turbine rotor blades;

- multicomponent and multilayer PVD coatings for various applications.

**Process capabilities**

- magnetron and vacuum-arc deposition, including in a single cycle;

- ion cleaning of substrates before deposition and ion assist during coating;

- substrate heating and in-process film thickness control;

- processing of blanks made of heat-resistant and titanium alloys.
