The small-sized vacuum post with a vertical chamber NIKA-2012 VS is Vacuum post for small-scale production and pilot work. An alternative to the UVN-71 series installations.

The NIKA-2012 VS is equipped with:

- vacuum chamber: 700 х 700 mm;
- processing area: ?500 х 400 mm;
- accommodation area with service area: 3 m?;
- water cooling system;
- dry oil-free pumping system (spiral pre-vacuum and cryogenic or turbomolecular pumps);
- observation windows.

The construction of the camera is unified, up to 10 seats are provided for the installation of technological devices.

The loading is placed on a horizontal carousel or on a vertical drum.

Pumping devices, automation, and power supplies for technological devices are placed in the 19' rack.
