# NIKA-2013-500 VS Vacuum post

The NIKA-2013 series vacuum post with a reduced horizontal chamber is designed for special tasks requiring horizontal loading placement.

The NIKA-2013 is equipped with:

- vacuum chamber: ?500 х 400 mm;
- accommodation area with service area: 3 m?;
- water cooling system;

- oil-free pumping system (cryogenic or turbomolecular pumps);
- observation windows.

Pumping devices, automation, and power supplies for technological devices are placed in a single rack.

The side flanges ?500 mm are placed on independent suspensions with the possibility of horizontal movement.

The design of the vacuum post allows the use of flanges of vacuum posts of the NIKA-12-500 series.

The placement of technological devices is provided on the rear flange. The front working flange is used to accommodate the load.

The camera has an ISO160 side flange to accommodate an observation window or additional equipment.

Rack mounting provides up to 24U of space for power supplies and other equipment.
